Getting started
Open the app on your computer first, then on your phone. The bar at the top of the phone's screen names the computers it found. Scan a code and it appears in the computer's list.
The phone finds no computer (orange bar)
Both devices must be on the same network, and the app must be allowed to use it: on iPhone under Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network, on the Mac when macOS asks on first start. Guest networks and some company Wi-Fi block devices from seeing each other.
Codes arrive but aren't typed
Turn on Auto-Type on Receive in the computer's settings. On a Mac the app then asks for permission to send keystrokes; allow it under System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility and restart the app. On Windows, the app cannot type into programs running as administrator.
Handhelds
On Android handhelds with a built-in scan engine the app uses the scan trigger. If nothing arrives, set the broadcast action and extra key your device uses under Settings → Scanner Settings.

Erste Schritte
Öffne die App zuerst auf dem Rechner, dann auf dem Handy. Die Leiste oben auf dem Handy nennt die gefundenen Rechner. Scanne einen Code, und er erscheint in der Liste auf dem Rechner.
Das Handy findet keinen Rechner (orange Leiste)
Beide Geräte müssen im selben Netzwerk sein, und die App muss es nutzen dürfen: auf dem iPhone unter Einstellungen → Datenschutz & Sicherheit → Lokales Netzwerk, auf dem Mac, wenn macOS beim ersten Start fragt. Gastnetze und manche Firmen-WLANs verhindern, dass Geräte einander sehen.
Codes kommen an, werden aber nicht getippt
Schalte in den Einstellungen am Rechner Auto-Type on Receive ein. Auf dem Mac fragt die App dann nach der Erlaubnis, Tastatureingaben zu senden. Erlaube sie unter Systemeinstellungen → Datenschutz & Sicherheit → Bedienungshilfen und starte die App neu. Unter Windows kann die App nicht in Programme tippen, die als Administrator laufen.
Handhelds
Auf Android-Handhelds mit eingebautem Scanner nutzt die App den Scan-Knopf. Kommt nichts an, trage unter Settings → Scanner Settings die Broadcast-Action und den Extra-Schlüssel deines Geräts ein.
